Multi-Engine Ground School Malawi
The multi-engine rating ground school prepares the student to fly aeroplanes with more than one engine. This satisfies the theoretical part of MER training.
WHAT’S IN THE ONLINE GROUND SCHOOL?
We have actual and animated footage as well as text and other interactive content. This rich learning experience is implemented at top aviation institutions worldwide. We have gleaned best practices to bring an international experience to our students in a local Malawian environment. We are excited to have you on board!
You must hold a valid Private Pilot Licence or higher licence to be eligible for this Multi-Engine rating online ground school (Malawi curriculum). You must also hold a valid medical certificate. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
You may choose to concurrently pursue your ground school and flying training. We have a separate online flying school which contains for the most part actual and animated video footage that helps the student to prepare for the air exercises. Please note that this course excludes flying lessons which must be booked and paid for separately. Our students have free access to our Flight Booking site which enables them to view their allocated schedule, the aircraft they will fly in, and their instructor. The student can also link the booking portal to their Google Calendar and the system will automatically send schedule reminders. You can learn more about our Flight Booking portal in this blog post.
GROUND SCHOOL EXAMS
Our students have FREE access to our TestPrep site which contains mock exams drawn from over 20 question banks with thousands of questions and answers. Students can also download our FREE Android app from the Google Play Store. Official exams (knowledge tests) are administered by the Malawi Civil Aviation Authority — the Directorate of Civil Aviation and are paid for separately by the student.
