Want to write for us? Here are a few tips:
You may get paid for writing a blog posts from a client. It is fine with us provided it does not appear to be a commercial article. Also, remember that we are in business so we may not publish articles that could negatively affect our business or give a competitor an unfair advantage. In short, here is how to write a blog post on aviation that will be featured on our website:
1. Be Original: You are not a Copy
No reader would be pleased to read plagiarized content. We won’t either! We are principally a flying school and would be happy that our blog mostly targets the student pilot, private pilot and a commercial pilot seeking to upgrade and become an airline transport pilot in Malawi – and Africa as a whole. We are excited with stories that inspire hope. Stories that would encourage a person achieve their lifelong dream to become a pilot.
2. Take your time
Writing a great blog post takes time – it may be a week or even a month so take your time. The first step is that you research about a topic that you would like to write about. After that, gather some facts and begin building the frame for your article. Once you are done, ask someone you love to proofread it before submitting it for review. Just as us, English may not be the first language for most of the people out there. If this is true to you as well, please have someone to edit and proofread. It is a sure way to help us redeem time and publish your article within a short time.
3. Identify yourself
It is always a great idea to put a photo of yourself and a short bio so that our readers will get to know you better. This is also an opportunity to share your skills – you never know who might need them for a fee! Your bio should be short and sweet – not more than 50 words. Be sure to attach a passport size photo of yourself to be published with your article.
Will I get paid for blogging for Eastrise Aviation?
Guest bloggers on our website do so to contribute to humanity – on a voluntary basis. However, you can add some backlinks either to your site or to your client’s and we will not charge you for that – even if you get a commission from your client. We just want to be sure that you have written an original article and that you will not republish it elsewhere.
