What to Expect
Here are a few things you can expect when you fly with us at Eastrise Aviation
All Eastrise Aviation aircraft are small catering up to 20 pax maximum. We want to focus more on improving our service by maintaining a small and newer fleet that we have keen eyes on. We believe in sustainable growth that learns from best practices from the word go.
Safety is key. We do not rush through processes to ensure we uphold safety values entrenched in our team. Even when late, we will endeavour to follow through all checklists and fly safely. We will never sacrifice fuel for additional cargo or passengers.
A diverse team
We are always aiming at having a diverse team of both staff and students. Although our aircraft are certified for single pilot operations, a stand-by pilot may be on board as a backup on long charter flights. Diversity cements our quest for excellence.
Experienced a delay due to weather or airport glitches? Have a refreshment in our office at our cost while we update you on latest developments. We will also in many cases strive to provide complementary Wi-Fi if you choose to wait at our office.
When to Arrive
Getting to the airport to ensure you are on time for your flight.
Just as any part of the world airport security in Malawi is also a priority for both domestic and international passengers and cargo. As such, we encourage our charter passengers to be available at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of flight. This not only enables us to satisfy security protocols – it also enables our pilots ample time to plan the flight and ensure they have enough fuel for the trip based on the final take-off weight. We have prepared these terms and conditions to guide you. Please note that we may request passengers to be weighed to ensure we are within limits.
